Terms

By using KetchupToMe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What KetchupToMe is

KetchupToMe is a tracker for friends to log and compare their own sports picks. It is not a sportsbook. It does not take bets, hold money, pay out winnings or offer betting advice. Anything you place a bet on happens elsewhere.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, and old enough to bet where you live. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Choose a username and photo that are not misleading, offensive or someone else’s.

Your content

• You own what you add. You give us permission to store and display it inside the app to the people who can see it.
• Only log picks and tickets that are yours. Do not upload other people’s private information.
• Do not enter false results to mislead other users, and do not misuse or attack the app.

Fair play

• Add tickets before the games start. A ticket is locked once you confirm it, and you cannot change its results.
• You can delete a ticket only before its games start. After that, close it by uploading the finished slip.
• Only submit slips that are really yours, and do not submit the same slip twice.
• We may correct or remove tickets and accounts that appear to be cheating.

No promises

The app is provided “as is”. Screenshot reading can make mistakes, so check every ticket before you save it. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for decisions you make or money you win or lose.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app at any time. We may remove accounts or content that break these terms. To delete your account, contact the person who invited you to KetchupToMe.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
